We found Rich to be a very professional and experienced agent who sold our older home quickly. He told us what to do to prepare and when we put our house on the market at the price he recommended - which was higher than we expected - it was under contract within a week. When the 1st buyer backed out for personal reasons, Rich was so well prepared that he had us under contract with another buyer the same day! He was also very good at negotiating with the buyer when they wanted some repairs. All in all he was very thorough, diligent, ethical, patient, worked tirelessly and was available at all hours, even when he was on vacation. He even continued to support us after the house sold when we needed to reach out to the new owner. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. We highly recommend him.

Jeff and I assumed it would be so much easier to find a house to purchase than to sell our home of 24 years. Boy were we wrong! Rich was so patient and thorough with our needs that I'm still amazed that he hung in there with so much patience and heartfelt purpose. We had some close "but not quite" choices and wanted the process to be over to the point of "settling" on a house we thought we both could agree. Not so with Rich ~ he could sense our hesitations in some of our choices and he very patiently explained things about the house, neighborhood, proximity to something he felt was important to us. When we finally found the house of our dreams Rich turned to me and said this house is so "You" and he was talking to me! I was so touched that he was so concerned with my emotional feelings about buying a house! My husband and I are very much in love with our new home and our new neighborhood. We are very grateful for the day that I thought to reach out to an old friend who moved away from our mutual neighborhood where we both grew up. I am happy to say that he still has the same ethics, faith, and integrity he had as a young man. Rich is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling real estate and he has a great deal of knowledge of south Jersey. Rich helped and guided us through what could have been a much more difficult process and he was genuinely happy when we finally found the perfect place to call HOME!

Can't say enough about Rich, His honesty, integrity, work ethic is just amazing. I was quite nervous about putting the old homestead up for sale -- but after meeting with Rich, the decision was made. He answered every question, advised what to expect. Whenever something came up, he was just a phone call away. The house sold quite quickly, for the asking price, and it wouldn't have happened if not for Rich.

But his job was not finished with the sale of the home, a new one had to be found. I just gave him the parameters and every showing met the criteria. Not one showing was over budget or did not meet my critical needs. He never tried to sell me a house, he found me a home!!! And although the ‘new’ home had some flaws, his knowledge and network of repairmen was so beneficial. Knowing exactly what the problems were and the costs to fix them allowed me to weigh the pros and cons; and then Rich's negotiating skills came into play. Not only did the seller come down in price, but negotiated the repair costs.
